QuickBooks is easy to use, it can save you time and you don't need to be an accountant to use it.
Intuitive
QuickBooks uses everyday business terminology to enable you to get to grips with and use the software quickly. When you want to create an Invoice you click the Invoice button and when you receive a Bill you press the Bill button - simple. However, don't let the simplicity of operation fool you. QuickBooks tracks and manages all your business transactions, bank accounts and credit cards. It handles reconcilliation of accounts, tracks VAT and much more.
Scalable
Depending on your needs there are two versions of QuickBooks that you could use - QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premier.
QuickBooks Pro supports from 1 to 5 users and QuickBooks Premier supports from 1 to 30 users which means that most Small and Medium Sized businesses will never outgrow it.
Configurable
We realise that all businesses are different, so when providing QuickBooks to our clients we also offer additional services to install and configure it. This includes setting up the software, customising your QuickBooks forms (Invoices, Sales Receipts, Credit Notes, Statments etc), Creation of additional reports and loading of data.
