Remote Support Sessions
Step 1
When instructed to do so, please click on the Remote Support Session indicated by your support technician
Step 2
- You will now see the "File Download - Security Warning" window
- Click the Run button.
- After the program has been downloaded you will see an "Internet Explorer - Security Warning" window.
- Click the Run button again.
Step 3
- The "Remote HelpDesk" window will now appear
- Enter the Session Password provided by your support technician
- Press the Start button
